If you're playing Destiny, you're probably familiar with Xur, the weekly exotic-item merchant who arrives in the tower on Friday at 5 a.m. ET and departs on Sunday at 5 a.m. ET. If you're a casual player, it can be hard to know where your hard-earned Strange Coins are best spent.
Watch the above video for a quick review of Xur's inventory this week, which includes the Thunderlord, a terrific exotic machine gun that Xur has never sold before. Xur can be located by the large door near the Speaker's chambers in the Tower.
If you're short on coins, the Weekly Heroic strike at level 30 will earn you nine, and then your best bet for additional coins is to run Roc strikes for blue engrams.
