The Sandpeople want you to adopt these pets

And it's not just Star Wars' hooting Sandpeople; Stormtroopers and even Garindan Longsnoot want you to head over to the Ottawa Humane Society to adopt a cat, dog, or really too-incredibly-cute-for-words Guinea Pig.

Members of the 501st Legion: Capital City Garrison donated some time to the humane society in an effort to get people to come save some animals' lives. (And let's face it, improve your own lives too.)
