Here's everything that's coming in Destiny's House of Wolves expansion

Destiny: House of Wolves hits in less than two weeks, and Bungie is offering a comprehensive look at what's coming in the game's second expansion in a new video.

Bungie touches on House of Wolves' new endgame modes, the competitive multiplayer arena known as Trials of Osiris and wave-based cooperative challenges in Prison of Elders, which the developer has already described in great detail. But we also get a peek at House of Wolves' new Crucible multiplayer maps — Black Shield, Widow's Court and Thieves' Den — and a little bit of its story-based missions and story agents.

The video also offers more insight into House of Wolves' new strike, The Shadow Thief. The cooperative strike will mix up the standard Destiny boss fight by spreading the battle out through a series of encounters with the Fallen mercenary known as Taniks.

Finally, Bungie touches on the ways players can upgrade their existing legendary and exotic gear to make them viable in House of Wolves. We also get a look at another new sidearm, Destiny's new secondary weapon class.

Destiny: House of Wolves hits May 19 on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. For more on the expansion, check out all the details in our StoryStream.
