The next Doom game will put a focus on user-generated content with Doom SnapMap, which will allow players in all versions of the game — PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One — to create new modes of playing, Bethesda announced today during its pre-E3 showcase.
Doom executive producer Marty Stratton showed examples of user creations like a wave-based "horde"-style co-op mode and another mode in which players killed demons to earn credits. You can see the SnapMap portion of the presentation above.
Doom is set for release in spring 2016.
