Rise of the Tomb Raider will be released Nov. 10 on Xbox One, developer Crystal Dynamics announced during Microsoft's E3 2015 press briefing today.
Crystal Dynamics announced Rise of the Tomb Raider as a timed exclusive for Xbox during the latter company's Gamescom 2014 press briefing. The game is also in development for Xbox 360, but that version is being made by Nixxes Software; it's unclear if the Xbox 360 version will be released at the same time as Xbox One.
Rise of the Tomb Raider game director Brian Horton played a live gameplay demo during the show, featuring Lara and a companion scaling icy cliffs with climbing gear. You can watch it above.
