Laser muskets and powered armor power up Fallout 4's gameplay

Powered armor will look a lot more mech-tastic in Fallout 4, according to a gameplay demonstration Bethesda Game Studios gave at Microsoft's E3 2015 news conference.

Powered armor has long been a staple of the Fallout universe, but its HUD gets a huge visual upgrade and should make the player feel in command of something much larger and powerful.

A variety of weapons were also shown off in a demonstration that got into greater detail than what was seen in last night's Bethesda news conference. (It begins with gameplay seen last night.)

Fallout 4 arrives Nov. 10. The Xbox One edition of the game will be packaged with 2008's Fallout 3.
