Hatoful Boyfriend sequel Holiday Star will let you date even more birds this fall

The sequel to bird dating sim Hatoful Boyfriend, Holiday Star, is launching for PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita this fall, publisher Devolver Digital announced today.

In Hatoful Boyfriend, players date and befriend various birds. Holiday Star is a remastered version of the original and will feature updated visuals and "all the bells and whistles (and chirps) a bird lover could ever want."

"Hatoful Boyfriend fans will travel to fantastically styled worlds, meet interesting new chickadees, and find romance in elegantly designed winter wonderlands and a new mysterious watercolor world," the announcement reads.

Hatoful Boyfriend: Holiday Star is being developed by Mediatonic, the company that worked on the first title — a remaster of 2011's Hatoful Boyfriend by Hato Moa.
