Corey Marshall, the actor who did the English voice acting for Ryo Hazuki in the first two Shenmue, is reprising his role for the upcoming third game, the developers announced on their Kickstarter page.
The Kickstarter for Shenmue 3 was announced during the PlayStation press conference at E3 last month. The Kickstarter, which was seeking $2 million, currently stands at $3.7 million with 16 days to go.
As part of his role in the upcoming game, Marshall has offered to "do a special voice message for you as Ryo" for those who back the game for $1,000. Two backers have already taken him up on the offer.
