Sony is kicking off its annual summer promotion next week, delivering discounts across four PlayStation 4 games for PlayStation Plus subscribers and people who buy more than one of the titles, the company announced today.
PlayStation Store Play 2015 will commence July 21 with thatgamecompany's Journey, whose PS4 port was developed by Tricky Pixels. Metanet Software's N++ will launch July 28, followed by 17-Bit's Galak-Z: The Dimensional on Aug. 4 and The Chinese Room's Everybody's Gone to the Rapture on Aug. 11. Journey is a cross-buy title, so people who already own it digitally on PlayStation 3 will be able to download the PS4 version for free.
PlayStation Plus subscribers can now pre-order any of the four games; those who do so will receive a 20 percent discount, bringing the prices down from $14.99 to $11.99 for Journey and from $19.99 to $15.99 for the other three titles. Anybody who buys two or more of the Play games by Aug. 18 will receive a coupon good for 10 percent off an entire cart purchase on the PlayStation Store. The coupon must be redeemed by 11:59 p.m. PDT on Sept. 30.
