The Magic Circle is a game about making games, profiling the troubled development team of a failed fantasy world and enabling the player to take development into their own hands. That's a boring way of saying: You can reprogram the inhabitants of The Magic Circle, turning them into flying, fire-spewing turtles or sentient, laser-equipped rocks. You can build an army of zombies, or turn a mushroom into a teleportation pad. You can really, truly make a mess of things.
