Fallout Shelter coming to Android on Aug. 13 with new features, update coming to iOS

Nearly two months after its surprise E3 announcement, Fallout Shelter — the free-to-play mobile vault management sim — will make its Android debut on Aug. 13, accompanied by a host of updates to the game. At a Fallout panel at QuakeCon today, Bethesda made the announcement and detailed some of the updates, which will also come to the iOS release on the same day.

The update brings with it new enemies to fight, like Deathclaw — which will be much harder to kill than other enemies in the game and new rewards, like Mr. Handy, who can go through your vault, fight, collect resources for you and can also be sent out to the wasteland.
