Super Mega Baseball, Polygon's sports video game of the year for 2014, will be coming to Xbox One and PC via Steam on Aug. 21.
The new version will be called Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings and it will bring additional stadiums (four were included in the original) plus "enhanced gameplay and improved baseball simulation." It will cost $19.99, with Xbox One pre-orders getting a 15 percent discount.
All of Super Mega Baseball's new features will arrive, for free, to the PlayStation 4 edition in September, developer Metalhead Studios said in a news release.
Super Mega Baseball launched exclusively on PlayStation 3 and PS4 in December. Polygon scored the game a 9.0 and placed it among the pantheon of arcade sports greats such as Tecmo Super Bowl, Mutant League Football and NBA Jam.
