Batman: Arkham Knight gets us ready for The Matter of Family, the game's first downloadable extension, with this trailer setting up the story. Batgirl is the star, come to save her dad from the Joker.
Catwoman, Nightwing and Robin are playable in the main game when they team up with Batman, but this chapter puts the focus squarely on Barbara Gordon. Her combat style looks much the same — lots of leaping from shadows and gadget-assisted knockouts to cull the goon herd.
The Matter of Family becomes available on Tuesday for those who have bought (or will buy) the game's "season pass" of DLC; it'll be sold separately beginning July 21.
Batman: Arkham Knight is one of our favorite games of the year — on consoles, where we scored it a 10. On PC, it still has big problems.
