Capcom's upcoming Mega Man Legacy Collection includes Mega Man 1 through 6 — that is, all of the original Mega Man games released for the NES back in the '80s and early '90s. But that's not all that Legacy Collection contains. There's also a treasure trove of bonus features like never-before-seen art of unused boss characters and challenges that remix elements of the original games and mash them up in weird playlists.
To show it all off, Capcom community manager Brett Elston and Mega Man Legacy Collection producer Rey Jimenez stopped by our offices. In the video above, Brett and Rey share some of their favorite Mega Man memories, discuss the possible future of the Mega Man franchise and comment on whether we could see more Legacy Collection-style releases from Capcom.
Mega Man Legacy Collection releases on Aug. 25 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PCs. A 3DS version has also been announced for release in early 2016.
