Today Entertainment Weekly revealed the cover story for their Fall Movie Preview issue, and it's all about Star Wars: The Force Awakens. EW teased the issue by releasing nine new images online for the first time, as well as tiny tidbits of the deeper stories to be revealed inside. The issue is on newsstands now, but here are a few notes on what to expect.

General Hux, played by Domhnall Gleeson, is a newly revealed leader of The First Order. Briefly shown at Comic-Con earlier this year, this is the first time this image has been shown publicly.

Like my father before me
J.J. Abrams on the set with his co-writer Lawrence Kasdan, who also penned The Empire Strikes Back. EW says they're sitting together in The First Order's Starkiller Base, which seems to share lines and motifs with Imperial structures of the past. The script they're working from was printed on red paper to prevent copying.
