Rise of the Tomb Raider will be available in a Collector's Edition featuring a 12-inch figure of heroine Lara Croft, Square Enix announced today.
The package will be available in North America for $149.99, in Europe for €139.99 and in the U.K. for £109.99. Included in the box is a retail copy of Rise of the Tomb Raider on Xbox One, which comes in a Steelbook case; a replica of Lara's leather-bound in-game journal; a model of Lara's jade necklace; and a 12-inch statue of Lara in the same pose she strikes on the cover of the game. You can see an image of the contents below.
Rise of the Tomb Raider's Collector's Edition is similar to the Collector's Edition for 2013's Tomb Raider, which included an 8-inch Lara figure designed from Play Arts Kai. That package cost $99.99 — in other words, Rise of the Tomb Raider's Collector's Edition contains a figure that's 50 percent taller, and the set is 50 percent more expensive to match.
As of now, the Collector's Edition for Rise of the Tomb Raider is available for pre-order only from the Tomb Raider Store (for North American customers only) and the Square Enix Store (in North America and Europe).
Rise of the Tomb Raider is set for release Nov. 10 on Xbox 360 and Xbox One; Windows PC next spring; and PlayStation 4 next holiday season. For more, check out the Gamescom 2015 video below.
