No, the voice-over in this trailer is not Nolan North's, who joins Destiny as the Ghost companion/narrator beginning with its next expansion, The Taken King. But the lines are delivered just as mellifluously as video gaming's ubiquitous voice talent would say them.
For those literate in the Destiny canon, The Taken King involves an invasion by Oryx, whose son Crota is killed off in The Dark Below expansion (with varying degrees of difficulty) from last winter.
