Into the Stars harkens back to the grand ages of space sims, when players were explorers, miners, space-combat strategists and... effective managers.
The game puts you in the captain's chair of the last hope for humanity, a massive ark that flies the stars, looking for resources and managing the rowdy last dregs of humanity as they encounter emergencies and wonders alike.
It's an ambitious management (and space combat) sim, currently in Early Access. Check out our overview video for a look at its majestic space sailing, alien whupping and intense interplanetary mining.
