Nuketown is getting updated again for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and Activision is dangling it as a pre-order incentive.
Activision rolled out an artist's concept of the map (above). Nuketown debuted in 2010's Black Ops and was updated as Nuketown 2025 in 2012's Black Ops 2. With Black Ops 3 fast-forwarding to 2065, the fan-favorite training ground needed another redo.
Those who preorder the game will receive a code for downloading the map, which will be available for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One on its Nov. 6 launch day. Nuketown will not be available for the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 versions of the game.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 just went through a multiplayer beta for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. For more, see our hands-on preview of its multiplayer from E3 2015.
