Marvel's Jessica Jones coming Nov. 20, watch the trailer here

Marvel Entertainment released the premiere trailer today for Jessica Jones, the second of Netflix's original series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The trailer itself is stylish but vague, and it gives us only a silhouetted tease of the show's eponymous heroine.

The show hits Netflix on Nov. 20. Krysten Ritter stars as Jessica Jones, a character who, in the comics, is a former superhero and current detective. Few details about it have been revealed, though executive producer Melissa Rosenberg has described it as being "a very, very different show than Daredevil." According to Netflix, the show "is a suspenseful, edgy look into the life of Jessica Jones, one of the most popular new Marvel characters of the last decade, as she faces demons from within and without."

Jessica Jones follows Netflix hit Daredevil, which premiered earlier this year. Luke Cage and Iron Fist are still on the way, with all four shows eventually leading up to a team-up in The Defenders.
