Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is about working together with a buddy without yelling at them as loud as you possibly can. You and your co-op teammate — who can also be an AI-controlled pet — will frantically run between different control points on a ship, trying to keep it from running into walls, asteroids, enemies, lasers, missiles and any number of other deadly space-things. Only true friends can survive the ordeal, although your friendship may not be as true by the time you reach the campaign's end.
