From Software's expansion for Bloodborne will hit PlayStation 4 later this year, Sony announced at its pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference today. The add-on will arrive in Japan on Nov. 24, and a physical re-release featuring Bloodborne and The Old Hunters will arrive on Dec. 3.
A trailer for Bloodborne: The Old Hunters showed off some of the new and revised content coming in the expansion, which includes a batch of new weapons, including what appeared to be a spiked wheel, a curved sword and a bow and arrow. The trailer also showed a series of new and remixed boss battles, including what appeared to bosses with new elemental attributes.

Update: Sony announced on the PlayStation Blog that The Old Hunters will come to North America on Nov. 24 as well, priced at $19.99. Players will "experience the nightmare of the hunters who once guarded Byrgenwerth's darkest secrets," the post reads.
