Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness will come to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in Japan next February.
Publisher Square Enix announced the Japanese release date of Feb. 25 for the Star Ocean series' fifth entry at Tokyo Game Show. The studio also debuted a new trailer for the game, seen above. A Western launch has not yet been confirmed.
We spoke to the game's producer, Shuichi Kobayashi of Tri-Ace, earlier this year. Kobayashi expressed his hope that Integrity and Faithlessness, which follows the series' seeming-conclusion Star Ocean: The Last Hope, will help to resurrect both the franchise and "the Japanese role-playing game genre as a whole."
