— The Witness (@witnessgame) September 15, 2015 Tomorrow we'll have some new things to say about The Witness. There may or may not be nice press coverage in various places around the web.
— The Witness (@witnessgame) September 16, 2015 It is also possible you might find out when the game will be released.
— The Witness (@witnessgame) September 16, 2015 The Witness is designed by Jonathan Blow, whose previous game was indie hit Braid. The Witness was first announced in 2009, and is a first-person 3D puzzle game for iOS, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC.
Earlier this year, Blow shared on Twitter that The Witness was "10 [times] as big as Braid," as well as live-tweeted a speed-run through the game.
While it missed E3 this year, we had a chance to go hands-on with the game, as well as speak to Blow, at last year’s conference.
