Xbox One holiday bundle hits in November with 1 TB of storage and three games

Those looking for an Xbox One console this holiday season can get a 1 TB console and three games beginning this November for $399, according to a post today on Xbox Wire.

Games included with the bundle include Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, the 30-game Rare Replay retrospective and Ori and the Blind Forest. Those who play Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on Xbox Live no later than Dec. 31 will also unlock "the entire Xbox 360 Gears [of] War collection to play on Xbox One through Backward Compatibility at no additional cost."

Xbox Wire didn't specify where the console bundle will be sold, other than Microsoft stores, but holiday bundles tend to be distributed far and wide at Christmastime.

Today's announcement continues Microsoft's tradition of running aggressive sales during the holiday season. Last November, for example, it dropped the price of the Kinect -free console $100.

Just yesterday, Microsoft announced another Xbox One bundle that will include Rise of the Tomb Raider also coming this November.
