New Hitman coming March 11, 2016 — here’s what’s in the game at launch

When Hitman comes to PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One next March — the game was originally slated for a December release — it will include three playable sandbox locations: Paris, France; Sapienza, Italy; and Marrakesh, Morocco. On launch day, Io Interactive plans to include about 800 targets, six campaign missions and weekly live events.
In the months following the game’s release, the developer plans to add three new sandbox locations: Thailand in April, U.S.A. in May and Japan in June. Additional targets, signature kills and missions will also be added.
Players who want all that content can purchase Hitman for $59.99, but players who just want the launch content — which Io Interactive calls the “Intro Pack” — can purchase the game for $34.99. Hitman’s post-release content can then be purchased for $29.99 if players are hungry for more.
More details on Hitman’s release and post-release plans are available at the game’s official website.
