That free weekend is currently available on both platforms and will run until 11:59 p.m. PT on Sept. 7 on Xbox One and until 10 a.m. PT on Sept. 7 on PC. Evolve is also currently on sale on Steam for as low as $19.99.
This week, Turtle Rock also released a new character variant for one of the game’s monsters, the Goliath. The new Meteor Goliath features a new look, effects, audio and gameplay. Unlike the original Goliath, which is designed to focus on one Hunter at a time, Meteor Goliath features increased range and residual fire damage, as well as rebalanced skills. More details on the Meteor Goliath are available at the official Evolve website.
