When the upcoming Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection launches Oct. 9, gamers can take home a new PlayStation 4 right alongside it. A bundle including the game and a 500 GB console will be available on launch day, Sony announced today on the PlayStation Blog.
The bundle will cost $399, much like the similar, upcoming Destiny: The Taken King-themed package. Unlike that and other limited edition bundles, however, the included PS4 sports the standard black finish.
The Nathan Drake Collection, which costs the usual $59.99 on its own, includes the single-player campaigns for the series' PlayStation 3 adventures: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. It will also feature new Trophies, as well as a Photo Mode.
The October release is meant to anticipate Nathan Drake's true PS4 debut, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. That game, which wowed us at this year's E3, is expected to hit stores March 18.
Sony also uploaded a new TV commercial for the collection to accompany the bundle announcement. The 30-second spot will begin to air nationwide this Saturday, but you can check it out below.
