Eugen Systems, developers of R.U.S.E. and the popular Wargame series, are back with their latest offering. It's a return to the golden age of real-time strategy games, evoking all the resource management and upgradeable chaos of titles in the Command & Conquer series. But is it accessible to anyone other than the super-hardcore fans of the genre?
