Danny Trejo creates himself in Fallout 4, too

Celebrities! They're just like us.

Owen S. Good is a longtime veteran of video games writing, well known for his coverage of sports and racing games.

Danny Trejo, the beloved supermacho character actor known for his roles in Robert Rodriguez flicks (especially Machete) sits down to play Fallout 4 like the rest of us: by creating himself in the Wasteland. And damn if he didn't do a better job on himself than I did with me.

Looks like he just got started, as this is dialogue from the end of the first big battle at the Museum of Freedom to open the game. But! Danny Trejo also customizes his Pip-Boy text color!

Trejo supplied the voice of Raul Tejada in Fallout: New Vegas; Tejada was a ghoul mechanic who could be a player companion. He also appeared as himself (in a Machete homage) in a map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops and had parts in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. So, unlike you and I, Trejo himself has played himself as himself in a video game.
