The Flash midseason premiere trailer glimpses Killer Frost, Deathstorm

The Flash is back tonight on the CW, and to kick off the new season, the network released a new extended trailer for the midseason premiere.

The biggest reveal in the trailer is the first glimpse fans of the show get of Killer Frost and Deathstorm, Caitlin Snow's Earth-2 doppleganger and her partner in crime.

"It's so much more fun to be bad," Killer Frost says in the trailer.

The trailer doesn't give much more information on the two new villains from Earth-2, but does provide a couple more shots of what waits ahead for Flash on the new world. Including some more encounters with Reverse Flash.

It also teases that this may be the "end of the world" for Barry Allen (Flash) and his friends, which isn't as outrageous as it seems. With Barry traveling to Earth-2 to defeat the enemies running rampant, there's a good chance that the final battle he has this season could end with the destruction of that particular planet.

The Flash's midseason premiere airs tonight at 9 p.m. ET on The CW. To get caught up with everything that's happened so far, check out Polygon's recaps this season.
