Ubisoft is adding some backstory to its open-world shooter, Tom Clancy's The Division, with a live-action short film that premieres on Amazon Prime Video today. The 30-minute short, "Agent Origins," focuses on four Division agents and a bleak, post-pandemic New York City.
"Agent Origins" was produced by Ubisoft and Corridor Digital, and directed by Left 4 Dead fan film creator Adrian Picardi and Devin "devinsupertramp" Graham. Amazon Prime subscribers can watch the short film now on Amazon Prime Video.
The Division is slated to hit PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One on March 8. A beta will be available on Xbox One Jan. 28.
