Sylvester Stallone has quite a bit on his plate already, including acting as an executive producer on a Rambo TV series, but the actor has already begun planning the sequel to his most recent movie, Creed.
During an interview with Variety, Stallone admitted that he and director Ryan Coogler sat down and discussed what they'd like to see happen in the sequel.
The first option would play out like The Godfather 2, with the film split between the present time and past, unseen moments between Rocky and Apollo. The second option would be to give the movie an even "bigger and badder" opponent, building up to a relatively standard climactic fight by the end of the film.
Coogler didn't have anything to add about the potential ideas for the sequel, but based on the director's, "Oh no" statement when Variety asked him about it, those possible storylines were not supposed to be revealed just yet.
Creed, which was released on Nov. 19, has already won a couple of awards from various critic circles. Sylvester Stallone has also been nominated for a Golden Globe for his work in the film.
