The third episode of Batman: The Telltale Games Series launches Oct. 25, the studio announced today, bringing fans closer to the first season’s conclusion. There are just two more installments left after “New World Order,” and that means times are about to get even tougher for Bruce Wayne and his costumed alter ego.
Episode three begins in the aftermath of the previous release’s events, which we won’t spoil here — check out our review for more on the first two episodes this season. In short, exxpect to see plenty of the Penguin and a new, not-quite-improved Harvey Dent making things tough for the Dark Knight. Things aren’t all bad, though; Selina Kyle, a.k.a. Catwoman, will also continue making her move on the orphaned bachelor.
Telltale’s take on Batman will wrap up later this year, after the release of its fifth episode. For people who prefer physical media, a complete retail set is available for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, although it only contains the premiere episode on-disc. A season pass is included with purchase so that players may download the rest of the story as it unfolds.
