Given the visual motif involved, pretty much everyone is reacting to this as a tease for something Red Dead Redemption related.
RDR 2!!! lol @RockstarGames

Whether news is coming for a sequel, a remaster, a long-demanded PC port, all of these, none of these, who can tell. It's a Sunday. Rockstar is being deliberate here; and so why would they undo this kind of a tease with a plain statement on a weekend?
Red Dead Redemption, the 2010 open-world cowboy epic, became backward compatible on Xbox One this summer. Last week, Red Dead Revolver, the series' 2004 progenitor on PlayStation 2 and Xbox, became available to play on the PlayStation 4 through its digital marketplace.
If that's really all this tweet is referencing, well, there are going to be some very unhappy people.
. @RockstarGames If this isn't you announcing a new Red Dead Redemption -
