Nintendo has called another Nintendo Direct presentation for Thursday, Oct. 27, one that will focus entirely on the Monster Hunter series. No information about the new Nintendo Switch console will be discussed.
The lack of a Nintendo Switch angle means this Direct may be about expansions or DLC to current titles, like Monster Hunter Generations, which launched in the West on Nintendo 3DS back in July.
There is also Monster Hunter Stories for 3DS, which launched earlier this month but only in Japan so far. Nintendo's Japanese-language Twitter account was the one that made the announcement of the Direct; so far no communication has gone out in English.
