During its panel for John Wick: Chapter 2 on Saturday, Lionsgate debuted the first official trailer for the sequel to 2014’s thriller.
The trailer, which can be seen above, was previously teased by the studio on Wednesday with a 17-second clip promising fans their first look this weekend. The sequel follows Wick (played by Keanu Reeves) as he flies from New York City to Rome to take care of some business.
Most notable in the trailer, however is the appearance of a new sidekick for Wick: another pet dog. Let’s hope this puppy doesn’t get the same treatment as Wick’s first pet, which eventually led to the assassin’s manhunt to find the men who harmed his dog.
John Wick: Chapter 2 is slated to be released Feb. 10, 2017.
