Bonecharm 1 and Painting 1: Ramsey's Stochastic Eyes
You can retrieve the first bonecharm before you even open the gate to enter the city. Far Reach up and to the right. Use the balconies to bounce over to an open window. Grab the painting, and then smash the china cabinet to grab the bonecharm.
Rune 1 and Rune 2
On the opposite side of the street, there's another open window. This one's a little trickier to get through, but there are convenient platforms to get you close. Inside the apartment, there are two runes and an Outsider Shrine.
Painting 2: The Spymaster's Axis of Asymmetry
Down the alley on the left side of the street, there's another balcony and open window. Far Reach up to it, or use the building on the opposite side of the alley to get a little closer if you haven't upgraded your Far Reach yet. Grab the painting on your left.
There's a black bonecharm under glass a little further into the apartment.
After you get jumped in the alley, grab the rune from the overturned desk.
You can purchase (or steal) the next rune from Aventa's black market (after the drama with Paolo is sorted). While you're here, grabbing the ticket booth key will make getting the next blueprint possible.
Blueprint 1: Pyro-sonic Casing
On the ground floor of Aventa Station, use the key to get into the ticket booth and grab the Pyro-sonic Casing blueprint from the desk.
The next bonecharm is out in the open upstairs in Aventa Station.
With your back to the carriage, turn to the right to find the Grand Guard offices — behind the plain white door. There's a bonecharm in the records room on the second floor.
Blueprint 2: Alloy Polarization
The Alloy Polarization blueprint is another level up on the third floor in a briefing room.
Bonecharm 5 and Painting 3: Jindosh Considers an Odd Numerator
A corrupt bonecharm and painting are in a bloodfly-infested building on the other side of the light wall. You can either get past the wall (with the key from the Grand Guard building or by hacking) or take the carriage up to the mansion and Far Reach your way back to Upper Aventa.
Follow the heart to another not-infested building nearby to find another rune.
The Clockwork Mansion
You can start finding collectibles in the Clockwork Mansion once you get behind the walls. We'll be writing up a full guide to Dishonored 2 in the coming days, but for now we'll give you general locations starting with the ground level. The exact order you'll find them in depends heavily on how you choose to approach the level.
Under the floor where you go to disconnect the power to the Arc
Reactor Pylon, you'll find another bonecharm in a corpse.
Blueprint 3: Conductive Filaments
When you find the room behind the Assessment Chamber sign, hit the reconfiguration lever from the outside. In the room that replaces it, you'll find the Conductive Filaments blueprints on the desk.
Painting 4: The Blood Topology of Grim Alex
Down on the Assessment Chamber floor, you'll find a painting in Sokolov's cell.
If you hop across the glass ceiling of the Assessment Chamber, you'll find another bonecharm in a desk on the far side.
The remaining collectibles are in and around Kirin Jindosh's bedroom and lab. Enter the darkroom behind the disassembled Clockwork Soldiers and turn around. Hit the button to bring a bonecharm into view.
Painting 5: I Look Upon the Craftsman
Using the reconfiguration levers to swap around the bedroom — once from the bed side, once from outside the bed's circle — will bring you to the bathroom and another painting.
Painting 6: Light Along the Inverse Curve
After getting Jindosh's situation sorted out, there are three more things to grab. On the top level, his desk has a lovely painting behind it.
Blueprint 4: Slug Splintering Wedges
In the cabinets around the front of the desk, you'll find the final blueprint for Slug Splintering Wedges.
On the lowest level, use the panel to call up the Anatomy wedge of the floor to find the final rune.
