The Xbox One S will be available for as little as $249 in Microsoft's Black Friday sale.

The console maker announced its holiday sales bargains today, knocking $50 off the price of any 1 TB Xbox One S or standard Xbox One from Nov. 20 to Nov. 23, bringing the Xbox One S down to $299.

Then, from Thanksgiving Day to Nov. 28, the Xbox One S is available beginning at $249 for the 500 GB model, with other bundles and configurations costing more.

Currently the 500 GB Xbox One S retails for $299. The 1 TB Xbox One S is $349 and the 2 TB Xbox One S is $399.

Other deals on offer from Microsoft include:

• A slate of 250 discounted games becomes available to Xbox Live Gold members on Nov. 18, which is this Friday, before going before the general public on Nov. 22.
