Electronic Arts/Respawn Entertainment

Target’s Black Friday sale starts on Thanksgiving Day this year. Doors open at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, meaning shoppers will have to get a move on early if they want big discounts on a ton of games for every major system.

We’ve got the best deals below to help you start planning your trip. Note that many of these are doorbusters, so prepare for limited stock. All prices are good from Nov. 24-26.

Nintendo games and 3DS hardware on sale

Target has the common $99 New Nintendo 3DS deal available as a doorbuster. There are also several 3DS games discounted to $25 through Saturday, like Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon X/Y, Kirby Planet Robobot and Super Smash Bros. for 3DS. There’s also New Super Mario Bros. 2 going for cheap this weekend at $15.

Wii U games marked down include Super Mario Maker and Pokkén Tournament, which are each on sale for $35.

Nintendo eShop cards are also discounted by 10 percent off. These are worth up to $20 before the discount.

PlayStation 4 games with low prices

There are a ton of PS4 titles on sale at Target this weekend, new and old. Among the newer ones are Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition, which includes Modern Warfare Remastered. It’s $59.99, down from $79.99.

No Man’s Sky is $25, as are Dark Souls 3 and Tom Clancy’s The Division. Mafia 3, The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition and Destiny the Collection are each $29.99, while Overwatch is $35.

Also on sale are Assassin’s Creed Syndicate ($8), Fallout 4 ($15) and Street Fighter 5 ($15). If you’d rather buy any of these digitally, PlayStation Plus membership cards are 10 percent off; a subscription nets you discounts on the PlayStation Store.

Xbox One games for cheap — and a console too

The Xbox One S, bundled with either Battlefield 1 or Minecraft, is on sale for $249.99. The 500 GB console comes with a $40 Target gift card as well.

On the games front, there’s the original Titanfall for just $8. That’s a good complement to Titanfall 2, which is also on sale for $35.

Battlefield 1 is $35 as well, while Gears of War 4 is $29.99 and Doom is $25. ReCore is $15 on Black Friday. Vouchers for Xbox Live Gold memberships are also discounted by 10 percent.
