Watch Dogs 2 review update one

Following launch and an early patch, Watch Dogs 2's online multiplayer servers have been up and running without many problems. We've been able to drop in and out of games smoothly, and the major slowdown issues tied to the multiplayer mode do not seem to be happening anymore. As such, we're removing the provisional flag from our review, and the score is unchanged.
