Post-holiday deals are in full effect in this, the last week of the year, including a great one for Eidos Montreal’s Deus Ex: Mankind Divided — it’s available for just $14.99.
That deal represents a 75 percent discount off the regular price of $59.99. The offer is available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Mankind Divided at Best Buy. At Amazon, only the PS4 version is discounted all the way to $14.99; the retailer is charging $19 on Xbox One, which is still a good deal at 68 percent off. If it matters to you, the PS4 version does support the PS4 Pro.
In case you’re looking to pick up Mankind Divided on Windows PC instead, that version is also on sale right now. In the Steam Winter Sale, the game is down to $19.79, a discount of 67 percent. (You can also buy the PC version through Amazon for that price, since an Amazon purchase provides a Steam key.)
Mankind Divided, the sequel to 2011’s Human Revolution, launched in late August and kind of fell off the radar. It doesn’t seem like it has come up much as folks put together their top games of 2016, but despite its premature ending, our own reviewer was a fan, saying that it “shines as an exercise in discovery, in presenting players with increasingly complicated problems and a huge amount of ways to solve them.”
