Watch four minutes of The Walking Dead's upcoming midseason premiere

The Walking Dead returns for the last half of its sixth season on Sunday. In preparation for the midseason premiere, AMC has released the first four minutes of the episode to watch online.

Similar to what the network has teased over the past couple of weeks, the clip focuses on the intense showdown between new villain Negan's biker croons and Daryl, Sasha and Abraham.

After informing the three survivors that all of their property belongs to Negan, the leader of the newfound gang proceeds to remove all of the weapons from Daryl's party.

"When eating shit, it's better to take a bite instead of juts nibbling," the unnamed gang leader says while taking the weapons. "Goes down quicker that way."

It's a tense scene that only gets tenser when the gang leader demands Daryl and company bring his friends back to where they came from. Before they can do that, however, the truck Daryl, Sasha and Abraham were driving in before being cut off on the road by the bikers is searched for any additional tools, weapons or food that the gang could use to survive.

While the truck is being searched, Abraham demands to know who Negan is, but instead of getting an answer from the gang leader, has a gun pulled on him instead.

"Now I told you not to ask questions," the leader said. "And then what does this ginger do? So that's that."

The scene ends on a particularly intense moment, but unfortunately people will have to wait until the premiere airs on Sunday to see what happens next.

The Walking Dead returns at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
