Hitman Go launches on PlayStation and Steam on Feb. 23

Hitman Go, the turn-based strategy title based on the Hitman franchise, will launch on the PlayStation Network and Steam on Feb. 23, Square Enix announced today.

The Square Enix blog said the game would be "basically the good old Hitman Go you loved on mobile, with updated visuals and all the great content we added on to it." Hitman Go originally launched on Android and iOS in April 2014 and was well received critically.

The PlayStation 4 launch will include a cross-buy title for PS Vita owners. Saves may also be shared across both versions of the game. For more about Hitman Go, see Polygon's review of the mobile version.

Correction: The headline on an earlier version of this story said Hitman Go was launching on PC. It already is available on PC; Feb. 23 will be its launch on Steam.
