PlayStation is again seeking beta testers for the PlayStation 4's next system software update, indicating that a major revision is on the way soon.
A PlayStation Blog post today didn't describe any of the features or changes to the next system update. The beta test will begin in early March.
PlayStation 4 users may go to this link to sign up. Other than using the software they may be asked to complete a survey. Beta participants may revert to the latest full version of the systems software at any time.
The last big update to PlayStation's operating system rolled out in late September, following a beta test the preceding August. It added YouTube to the console's streaming support options among a slew of other user interface upgrades and inclusions.
