Gambit, an X-Men spinoff starring Channing Tatum, is no longer listed on Fox's release calendar. Box Office, which tracks global film grosses, industry trends and release date data, tweeted that the fall release has been moved out of its original fall 2016 spot.
Fox’s GAMBIT is no longer scheduled for October 7, 2016 and is currently without a release date.

Box Office also claimed that Fox had added two untitled Marvel co-productions to its release calendar for Oct. 6, 2017, and Jan. 12, 2018, premieres.
Gambit has yet to enter production, likely contributing to its delay. It's set to begin filming this spring now that both star and director are in place: Doug Liman (Edge of Tomorrow) signed on to helm the project in November.
As we noted then, however, Liman joined the project after original director Rupert Wyatt (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) left over scheduling difficulties and creative differences.
We've reached out to a representative from Twentieth Century Fox for confirmation of the scheduling changes and will update upon receipt.
