Bruce Lee is back in the UFC; here's how to unlock him

Martial arts legend returns to the octagon

Bruce Lee is returning to EA Sports' octagon, and if you unlocked him in EA Sports UFC in 2014 he'll be there in UFC 2 next month.

The martial arts icon (who died 20 years before the UFC was formed, by the way) will be playable in the welterweight, bantamweight, featherweight and lightweight divisions. He was a pre-order inclusion in the first UFC but also became available for free to those who completed the game's career mode.

Lee is also unlocked for those who beat career mode in UFC 2UFC 2's other career mode unlock is Mike Tyson, who also is available day one to pre-orderers, so now you have the potential for some really screwball fantasy matchups in a combat sport where neither competed in real life.

Notably, the unlock offer also extends to those who download the game through EA Access, where EA Sports UFC is in the vault of free games. So Xbox One owners can download the game out of the vault and use that to get Lee in UFC 2 regardless of whether they played or bought the 2014 game.

EA Sports UFC 2 launches March 15 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
