Of the 16 playable characters available when Street Fighter 5 launches Feb. 16, four of them are new. One of those is Necalli, profiled here in the latest Character Introduction video for the game.
Necalli's dreadlocks aren't just for show. Like Samson, they're a source of his strength and when Necalli sets his hair free, he's a lot more mobile and deals more damage. Capcom is recommending Necalli to new players, in particular because of his ability to block fireballs and a super-useful overhead attack.
Street Fighter 5 is launching on PlayStation 4 and Windows PC. A cinematic story mode, a first ever for the franchise, will follow in June. That extension will be a free update.
