Sherlock Holmes meets The Devil's Daughter this spring

The World's Greatest Detective that isn't Batman will return for another case this spring when Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter arrives on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on May 27, as announced by publisher Bigben Interactive. The title is the eighth Sherlock Holmes game from Ukranian studio Frogwares.

There are no other details about the game, other than the screenshots below, but there's good reason for optimism: The last entry in the series, 2014's Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments received the highest marks in the series' history, with Polygon's review stating "it succeeded more than any mystery game I've played in genuinely making me think."
