On paper, Windlands, an Oculus Rift launch title that's also available on Steam, sounds like the most nauseating experience imaginable. It's a first-person platformer that tasks you with navigating a shattered world with two grappling hooks and some truly mad hops, which you'll use in tandem to pull off some Spider-Man-level aerial maneuvers. It's one of the more intense experiences you can have on Oculus Rift right now, but it's totally manageable thanks to some smart design choices and floaty, smooth locomotion.
